2.How do I store the products?Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For paw balms, you can keep them at room temperature. Treats should be kept sealed to maintain freshness.

3.Are your products safe for all dog breeds and sizes?Yes! Our formulas are gentle and safe for dogs of all sizes and breeds. If your dog has specific allergies or sensitivities, check the ingredients list or contact your vet for clarity  before use.

4.Where are you Treats Made? Our treats are made in the USA , all USDA ingredients are sources , processed, sold and and shipped in the US. Our manufacturer facilities all follow U.S regulation for the safety of our pet communities

5.Do you donate to shelters? Yes ,we donate to shelters in multiple way via community service and donating a portion of every qualifying purchase to shelters in supporter communities.

6.Return Policy ?Contact us within 7 days to return unopened products—cosmetic label imperfections aren’t considered a defect, and we’ll issue a refund for items sent in error. See our full return policy for more details

7HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. On average 3 to 5 business days.  Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

All of our products are hand-labeled in the U.S., so minor wrinkles or imperfections are just part of the personal touch. These cosmetic issues are not considered a returnable defect, but the product inside is always high-quality and safe for your pet.
